- Candidates who take the psychometric test in Hebrew are exempt from Hebrew studies.
- Candidates who take the psychometric test not in Hebrew must take the Yael/Yaelnet Hebrew tests. Those who do not obtain a grade of at least 113 in this test will not be accepted to the Technion.
The test consists of two parts: multiple-choice questions and writing an essay. The duration of the test is one and a half hours.
It is possible to take the Yael/Yaelnet Tests more than once. The Technion accepts the highest grade, not necessarily the last grade, in this situation.
Yael/Yaelnet Grade | Level of Exemption |
---|---|
Up to 121 | Exemption |
113-120 | Hebrew 3 |
50-112 | Can not be accepted to the Technion |
